Assigned as the UK Cluster Portfolio Project Manager. Responsible for implementation of IT-Projects s with the United Kingdom Portfolio. Accountable for the allocated project budget (tracking and controlling) with procurement. Manage and mediator in the first instance of financial escalations between E.ON – PMs and service providers HP & T-Systems. Consultant for the IT Process & Strategy Unit. Assist in optimizing Project and Program internal processes. Report to the monthly executive board.

Identify applications which can be accessed over a public network as Internet Facing Applica-tions (IFA), understand their user account and entitlement structure, approval process, on and off-boarding process. Responsible for the Integration and on-boarding of the IFAs to the Deutsche Bank Identity Management System and ensure account off-boarding requests are executed within 48hours, 7 days a week. Develop requirements for Web Based Access Portal interface. Review and enhance SLAs.

Analyze Application Lifecycle Status and Application Platform Lifecycle Status at E.ON. Development and coordination of the application lifecycle process taking into account the conditions of the infrastructure outsourcing policies, the existing SLAs, business criticality and economic impact in agreement with relevant stakeholders. Define and document and roll-out all phases of the decommission process

Project: E.ON 2.0 IT Columbus- Responsible for migrating users of several business units to newly created global business companies within the EON-AG and EON Global Commodities. Managing and preparing the Core Project Units and service providers (HP and T-Systems) for migration execution (i.e. Work Package Teams, Cut-Over Team, Hyper Care and Service help Desk, Encryption and Rollover Team). Facilitating between the project core teams the technical issues and reporting status to executive stakeholders.

Project: E.ON 2.0 IT Location Program (Project D4-2) As Project Leader, identify physical locations for new target organizations and manage hardware, communications and network suppliers on scheduled moves. Planning, Coordination and implementation of new IT Infrastructures for the above mentioned organizations when relocating. Manage and Facilitate open issues, bug fixing, status reporting to executive stakeholders.

Project: E.ON AG Transforward Global Account. Build and configure customer requested environments in global data centers for Utility Company Business Units and Nuclear Power Plants. Merging of Corporate IT-Landscapes and Domains. Interfacing Business Units to multiple Data Centers. Migration of applications and data to the Cloud. Software Component Testing for Windows 7 compatibility. Testing of high end machines for Windows 7- 64bit compatibility, subsequent global roll-out.

Project: Philips PGA Transition / Transformation Project (North America; Germany; Netherlands; Kosice, Slovakia). Managing migration of applications, components, legacy programs and data into the global data centers of T-Systems. Leading international technical teams in 3 time zones. Process-optimizer lead for the program office. Merging of Corporate IT-Landscapes and Domains.

Project: Enterprise Architecture Management Lifecycle. Analyze, construct and modeling of the “as-is” Corporate IT Environment and Technical Landscapes, including DHL. Project: ERP Re-Engineering project, including roll out of the applications and infrastructure in 17 countries. Lead Project Manager accountable for delivery and roll out of global ERP System. Developed and coordinated interim releases during ERP development. Leader of Migration and Interface Teams. Mediator for Change Management between Users and key Stakeholders.

Project: Re-Release and Upgrading of Heart-Lung Machine prototype. Re-Programming and responsible for the Release management of firmware updates needed to improve the efficiency and performance of a newly developed heart-lung machine. Responsible for assuring that the machines pass the International compliance tests (i.e. TÜV, UL, CSA).

Project: Safety Certification for High Speed Robotic Chemical Combinatorial Unit. Organizer and project manager responsible for the international safety certification of a robotic chemical combinatorial prototype unit. Managed 55 employees of the Quality Control Inspection Team for the homologation and acceptance tests. Responsible for assuring that the prototypes pass the International compliance tests (i.e. TÜV, UL, CSA)

Project: Re-Engineering Project - Samurai EPOS V38. Re-engineering of a nationwide utilized enterprise retail software system from Clipper to .Net Technology. Responsible for programming 20 of the 160 product line applications. Project Leader for QS and Bug Fixing departments.

Re-Designed and developed the Back Office software “Ticosoft” for public transportation authorities. Software was also Re-Engineered for international usage. Responsible for a total of 120 Software & Hardware engineers on the project. Designed and implemented watch-dog and remote data transfer to decentralized back office locations for transactions, that were created and temporarily stored in public transportation ticket machines.

Scope, design, develop and deliver a CRM / Retail System for a global logistic service centers (German Post Offices). Integrate Web Functionality for private and business customers (i.e Online Postage prepayment [Frankierung], Online Banking functions, Online Brokerage). Responsible and managed over 350 Software Developers & DBAs. Designed retail application to sell T-Mobile cell phones over Post Office POS and activating them for usage within 1 hour of purchase.

Project: Re-Engineering of VKS System. Responsible for Project Management and Software Development, Scope Documents, Design Documents, Testing of Hard/Software, Code Review, UAT, Roll-Out of the German Sales and Distribution System for the publishing industry called VKS. Delegating work and responsibilities to over 200 software engineers. Creating the first web access to software application for publishing companies and distributors.
