I have a Masters degree in Business Administration
and a technical degree in Electonics and Telecoms. I have been working successfully as Service Manager
as well as supervising the project management of the leading mobile telecom provider in Greece
Cosmote. I was a successfull instructor in Vodafone's Customer Service for 3 years and have proven teaching backround in Demokritus Technical School (Electronics). Nowadays I lead a telecom contracting organization
participating in HR
supervising installation projects
organizing and delivering trainings
coaching engineers and building ethical business relationships with social responsibility vision. From early years (1985-1987) I was a special operations team leader ( a low-level infantry supervisor who commands a fire team) having command in the smallest unit in the Army. The Army team leader's responsibility is to direct his men in the context of the mission. Not only does he need to be aware of where his men are
but he also needs to be aware of where other fire teams are through constant communication with the squad leader. So decision making process is very well absorbed as well as self control and nerves of steel were formed.

By digging into several companie's internet sites I came across very impressed issues (such as the early feedback from the newbies
the very interesting “did you know” boxes…) but most of all the clearness of the descriptions provided and the transparency which leads to meritocracy into these companies. Unfortunately in Greece 99% of the companies have still lack of these values and trust is always betrayed. For people with integrity
truthful attitude and innovative vision
there is sooner or later
the Exit Door shown. Nowadays I’ve already moved in Germany
keeping the “distance management” of Field Telecom Solutions GR and BG
but trying to get introduced to a decent company where I can offer my ideas
competencies and hard work in order to gain self esteem
