In the Content Support Team i worked on the visual content optimization process, to improve the quality of the content that can be found on trivago such hotel image, collage picture, geographical coordinates of hotels, for specific categories of destination. In the SEO team i worked to improve Trivago visibility and rank at Google. Promotion of digital products of link building like widgets. Promotion of the registration to Trivago Hotel Manager metasearch marketing solution and manage the registered clients in the assigned areas in Italy through the use of CRM proprietary software. Manual modification to the HTML code to fit the clients preference. Weekly and monthly report to track the evolution of the contact with the clients

Creation, installation, configuration and manage of the LAN, WLAN and Data Cloud infrastructures to manage events and death lines with the associated legal documents. Management and development of the national distributors of tyres for Island, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Poland, Ukraine, Cyprus, Kosovo and Greece. I covered a wide range of data analysis including competitor intelligence, market sizing, marketing campaign evaluation, sales trending, and sales forecasting of major events. I managed different analysis data from Symphony IRI, ACNielsen, GfK, Kantar Worldpanel and NPD Group. Some of the data analysis included competitor intelligence (analysing products and services offered by other competitors for selected categories), market sizing for new product, marketing campaign evaluation.

Manage a portfolio of clients in North America to promote premium historical books and prints. Planning and manage the orders of clients paying attention to the special requests and trade with different continents. Develop the strategy to acquire new clients. I managed the marketing area of the job fair “Forum Università-Lavoro” (Forum University-Job). Independently I planned the strategic and operative marketing activities, learning how to analyze the market, segments and competitor activities, offering a tailored communication and promotion solution to the University of Tor Vergata. I also looked after customer relations, tracking feedback from companies and news.

Internship at the National Model United Nations as Representative of the State of Armenia in the United Nations simulation through the National Collegiate Conference Association (NCCA, Inc). My main objective was to support, through diplomatic protocols, the improvement and development of the education and cultural standards of Armenia.

I supported tests and monitored activities of surveillance cameras used by Forest Rangers and communication systems used by the public bus transportation service in the city of Brindisi. I also collaborated in a feasibility study on a photovoltaic system and all the possible promotional strategies related to this system.
