Working for Accenture I was involved and gained experience in Software Engineering in multiple technologies (Microsoft .Net, C#, DB SQL, Oracle DB, PLSQL, Perl, Shell script, etc. ) IT Service Management, Service Operation Management, Major Incident Management, Release Management, Product Owner, Stakeholders Management, Monitoring and Controlling project's performance and quality. I helped to guarantee adherence to quality processes, Project team development and Performance Management.
