A400M Electrical Installation Processes methods and Tools Department: Management and development of an application to support the change management process of the A400M electrical installation / collect requirements for the development of the application, organize and coordinate meetings to clarify and gather requirements with Engineering leaders, manage and coordinate requirements development within a french-german team, organize trainings, document the development of the application

Research of solution for maintenance request for in-service aircrafts: · Management of various procedures packages · Work coordination from various departments · Determination of the appropriate NDT technology to be used for the specific structure assembly · Elaboration of the NDT methodology for the maintenance task · Test measurements on pieces of structure / standard / aircraft · Edition of the relevant procedures (technical reports) · Development of new procedures · Test of different probes
