First line IT support for national (UK) retail shops. Active Directory for computers maintenance and password resets. Servicenow ticket system and knowledge data base use. Training new members of the team. Liasing with second, third line and external 3rd parties company to ensure every fix was working as expected to the end client. Working inside Citrix environment.
