Responsible for the development and a production of several Channel online systems; User database, Ticket database, Customer Contact Center Service portal and an operator sales and provisioning system. Managing external VPN profiles for the team. Achievements: I became familiar with the solution area and created value for the business and customers very quickly. -> Quick learner! I developed a solution to manage external VPN connections more efficient.

Data Warehousing, reporting and analytic CRM. Achievements: I analyzed and renewed the corporate wide DW/BI solution with single customer view. I led the transformation without any major issues. The work of the implementation and production team was moved to multinational partner and I defined the processes and led the daily work. I built production processes from the zero while DNA was in a start-up phase. I created deployment processes and lead the change management group.
