- Providing strategic advice to management of Production and Quality Control on personnel and labour law topics, taking into account all relevant legal, economic, social, and organizational aspects. - Contact person for employees in employment-related and labor law issues throughout the entire employee life cycle (Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance, Parental Leave). - Initiation of employee-related measures throughout the employee life cycle in collaboration with the work council.

- Contact person for new employees during their relocation process to Germany. - Contact person for future and current employees for all VISA, work permit and employment-related questions. - Preparation of contractual documents in close collaboration with the HR business partners. - Advising employees on the topics of pregnancy and parental leave. - Preparation of monthly payroll in close collaboration with the payroll team. - Support in the onboarding process and project work to improve HR processes.
