Currently I am leading a carve-out project at Atos Switzerland. This project entails the transition of all IT services of a customer to other service providers, without disrupting the availability or the performance of the IT services.

I am currently working for Atos Consulting as a consultant in the Project & Programme Management department.

Project management consultant in a global IT outsourcing Transition & Transformation project, for an industrial component supplier. The project has been executed from Zürich, Switzerland. My assignments: - Project Management - Restructure the Project Management Office, with a focus on project financials, planning, risks, issues and resources. - Describe the supply chain management processes.

I was project manager and programma management officer of a global HR outsourcing programme, which was responsible for the transition in the CEEMEA region. As project manager I was responsible for the cut-over in Croatia and Slovenia. As programme management officer I constantly provided the programme manager with the latest information from all 50+ countries.

As a Service Project Manager, I supported customers in aligning their material handling systems with their changing business. This support started with an analysis of the current warehousing situation, followed by an advise. When the project was sold, I was also responsible for the project management, procurement and outsourcing. I did several projects in the retail, pharmaceutical and transport sector.
