During this current tenure: my keen focus is on establishing, fostering, and fortifying long-term partnership with diagnostic and biotechnology OEM companies. I ensure seamless life-cycle management of key account OEM solutions in close collaboration with operational and regulatory departments to achieve higher-level of customer satisfaction. I coordinate with sales and concept teams, while administering overall aspects of project development.

In this past job role: I delivered high-level support in initiating partnering business marketing to meet financial and growth goals. I provided end-to-end product life-cycle management for the assigned partnering business (B2B) products, including supply Chain, legal, and R&D. I maintained strong business relationships with key customers to increase retention rate. I chaired a team of Interdisciplinary product care members to oversee internal process improvements for attaining operational excellence.
