Import-Export/Trading Company, mainly buying and selling furniture in the Eastern Europe market. Negotiated with suppliers in Europe and Switzerland, issued contracts, and opened letters of credit, followed-up on deliveries, payment of goods and final sales. Followed-up the company accounts, contact with Banks and dealing with the internal accounting system with a Fiduciary and Accountants until the establishment of the Annual Reports. Oversaw salary payments.

Manufacturer of measurement instruments. Responsible for the Middle East/Far East and South American markets. Negotiated letters of credit, prepared export documents and invoicing. Negotiated transportation fees with local transportation companies, shipments effected mainly by air, but also by road, rail and sea.
