Responsible of the functionning and maintenance of the facility itself, and of ensuring the flawless development of the exhibitions at Barcelona and Madrid Pavilions in World Expo Shanghai 2010. In both pavilions, my duties included coordinating and leading the maintenance team, supervising the work of external contractors, continuous troubleshooting, as well as managing the dismantling of the pavilions.

In this position, I managed the company's strategic development from a supplier of wireless networks to a manufacturer of high-end outdoor wireless products. I was in charge of providing the technical and communication platform facilitating the development of the new products. This includes: coordinating between all departments and team members, managing cost and time plans, analyzing make or buy decisions, managing the ourtsourcing, coordinating the CE licensing and planning the launching, amongst others.

Responsible of managing international key accounts (40% of the company's revenue): providing the technical knowledge necessary to design outdoor wireless networks, offering pre- and after-sales technical support, as well as organizing and participating in trainings and best practices platforms for discussion and exchange of experiences.
