Managing a QA team of 5 people I created a QA process from scratch, implemented test case management system and processes, now we are now working on an automation layer The project itself is a mix of software and hardware and built using microservice architecture, so I’m familiar with devops a bit, servers setup and low-level networking Over the last year, I’ve trained and mentored three QA junior specialists.I also had my fair share of presentations with the clients

I performed manual testing of different web applications and mobile applications as a freelancer. Executed cross-platform tests and end-user support for TestLab2 clients. Developed automated test framework for an email application.

I performed manual testing of application for managing natural resources of Minnesota state, USA. I analyzed requirements, created and executed test cases, identified, isolated and logged defects in a detailed and understandable way in bug tracking system. On the project, I performed mainly functional testing as well as performance, UI. Executed regression tests on a regular basis. Over the last 7 months I was involved in the automated testing of the product using TestComplete (VBScript)

Deep manual testing of document management system and its web edition. Analyzing requirements I took part in the creation of test plans, created and maintained a set of test cases. Carried out functional testing as well as testing of the user interface, performance, regression. Based on my user experience I made a significant contribution to user manuals Involved in customer support: receiving requests, analyzing and providing recommendations or proceeding the problem to the development team.

I took part in manual testing of video surveillance and security system performing functional testing. All found issues have been carefully described and added to the system, being tracked till they are fixed and retested.
