Analysis of internal HR processes for T-Systems Austria as part of my Master thesis. • Successfully compared the practical implementation of HR instruments with the theoretical requirements established through a thorough literature review. • Worked independently and reported directly to the HR manager of T-Systems Austria. • Identified areas open to improvements. • My master thesis has been used internally by T-Systems Austria.
