In my current role, I am responsible for marketing planning and our White Label marketing product, including KPI and budget development, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Additionally, shape and deepen relationships with key external partners, including interest groups, media organizations and the public. I utilise advanced analytics tools to track performance KPIs and ROI, adjusting marketing plans per available data / trends.
In my role as CMO and member of the Executive Board for FIO Systems AG, I am responsible for marketing strategy and planning, including the development of metrics and budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation. I also shape and deepen relationships with key external partners, including stakeholders, media organisations and the public.
In my last role, I was accountable for managing cross-departmental client services activities, focusing on revenue maximisation and strategic client relationship development. I trained and mentored Client Service Managers and staff in advanced problem-solving and customer service skills.
