- Developed a state-of-the-art power management unit for optimal power extraction from a frequency up converting type MEMS based piezoelectric harvester. - Power management module includes,DC-DC buck-boost converters, oscillators, comparators and control circuits. - Special focus on design techniques to reduce both static and dynamic power consumption. - Circuits were designed and simulated using Cadence Virtuoso using XFAB's 0.35 um Technology.
