Responsible for DesignToCost and DesignForManaufacturing projects within supply chain for topside,subsea and donwhole flow measurement sensors for oil and gas. Developing of corresponding sourcing strategies and setup of prototype supplier base. Close cooperation with R&D department and responsible for early supplier integration into development projects. Dealing with cost analysis, cash flow optimization and contract negotiation.

Leading the Global Purchasing Team for PV electrical components, PV mechanical components, PV projects (contracting partners) and indirects. Development of global purchasing strategies, negotiations for international frame contracts and cost analysis/optimization of PV projects.
