In my position as a Client Services Manager my work is divided into different sections. The main part consists about lead generation; contacting businesses, in search for the correct contact and eventually try to create interest enough to create appointments to discuss the various solutions HECC Alliance can provide. To be able and be successful in finding new leads a very important part is maintaining a client database; this included updating details and adding new potential clients.
