· 2nd level back office operation support for telecom operator. · Responsible for configuring and troubleshooting layer 2/layer 3 solution for new service integration. · Follow up DCN availability at Transmission nodes. · Perform and follow up WO like Nodes Base line up gradation, Link Capacity upgradation as per as link budget, VLAN re-homing, Traffic shifting, Routing · Rectify and follow up Customer complaint like frame loss, speed problem, call drop.

· New Mobile tower site rollout management (outdoor cabinet/DG, cooling system & DC power system readiness) · Coordination with solar project Team (new solar sites installation, commissioning, PAT) · Frequent site visit & check the work quality. And guide the vendor for improvement.

· Planning and Supervising the installation of transport layer devices like Multiplexer with proper optical fiber laying (transmission) · Fault management · Upgrading network capacity, traffic shifting, allocation, on air. · Supervise field Engineers & technicians.

· Prepare and install IT equipment · Troubleshoot in windows, servers. · LAN / WAN and Wireless Support to clients including Cambium , Mikrotik Wireless devices. · Troubleshooting of TCP, UDP, HTTP, SSH , TFTP · Follow up on repairs with suppliers · Document inventory of IT equipment.
