Prepare month-end closing reports regarding inventory costs • Executing monthly production report. • Generating procurement price analysis report. • Conducting actual- budget comparisons. • Calculation of product costs for new SKU

*Preparation of long-term strategic plans of companies affiliated to Yıldız Holding in Sales, marketing fields. *Preparation of activity, promotion works based on product categories of Sales and Marketing departments on the basis of account. *Setting the budgets and product revenue tables. *Controlling realization rates of plan conducted within year. *Controlling of allowance of activity and promotions conducted. *Calculating product and customer profitability.
