As project manager in DG Taxation and Customs Union I am responsible for the management of evaluation projects from the drafting of the charter until the follow up of results. My work involves keeping close contact with the stakeholders and the steering group members in order to ensure that all necessary information for the evaluations is available. I am involved in all stages of our evaluation projects.

Dissemination of information and preparation of in-depth reports for clients in the ICT sector; Prepared research-based studies and presentations; Established and maintained contact with clients and EU institutions; Closely monitored and followed up EU developments in the ICT sector and other sector-related areas

Business English training for corporate clients such as IBM, Intel, Johnson & Johnson, Wyeth, Novartis and Carrier; Prepared and implemented tailor-made training courses for corporate clients (both group classes and 1to1 lessons); Empowered students to utilize relevant phrases for emails, reports, meetings, presentations and customer service; Delivered workshops of up to seven hours on business writing, presentation skills, meetings, telephoning and socializing

Evaluations on the EU’s pre-accession instrument PHARE, Quality control of evaluation reports, Editing of thematic reports, Creation of PowerPoint presentations for debriefings

Project support for projects such as the International Employment Ranking, Pilot Study on “Eingliederungsvertrag” (a German active labour market programme)

Research support for issues such as European Economic Governance, EU Employment Policies, European Monetary Union; Logistical support and organisation of conferences and workshops

Coaching and training of secondary school kids in Berlin and Brandenburg

Writing of a report on the European Employment Strategy
