Experience in a project management role working directly for the CEO in his global operation to realign the sales strategy throughout the Xchanging business. Strong organisational and time management skills were required to complete a 6 month project that aligned developed and implemented a 7 tiered realignment plan. Interaction with all members of the Executive Board globally, managing the end to end process and making sure results were delivered on time and reported accordingly.

Provided marketing and communication support together with management to the global Xchanging group during a major acquisition of a competitor company. Project managed and re-branded all corporate collateral and digital media to include the acquired business and its capabilities. Redesigned both internal and external websites and worked closely with a number of PR companies to develop relationships and manage communications to potential investors and customers.

Applied skills learnt previously through Economics tuition as an Accounting Assistant to the Finance Director of the insurance sector. Supported the FD in realising £m worth of savings, these were achieved as a result of company VAT re-grouping throughout the whole Xchanging group. Key accountancy practices and techniques were gained and developed during the role, such as budget management, offshore and payroll variance tracking, as well as developing a strong and comprehensive knowledge of Excell
