I have been responsible for TaqMan SNP genotyping and genetic analysis of patients with Affective disorder and as well of patients with heroin addiction and healthy controls as part of a big collaborative project of genetic epidemiology of opioid dependence in Bulgaria. I have participated also in the unit for patient blood samples reception, processing, bio banking and sample shipping.
