- Forming new Agile / Kanban teams with a product focus in mind (30+ lawyers and partners) - Embedding Agile values and principles within teams and business representatives - Cooperating and reporting directly to the CEO and Partners - Caching and consulting from agile management and governance from a legal perspective - Facilitating selected Scrum and Kanban meetings - Delivering Scrum, Kanban and AgilePM courses within the organization

- Coaching and mentoring teams in the Retail division (150+ people) - C-level coaching and mentoring from Agile and cultural aspects supporting Agile - B-1 reporting - Implementing the Scrum Studio approach within the retail department with the bank’s internal teams and external vendors - Assessing organizational agility maturity and recommending roadmaps for change management for multiple divisions: Agile IT, Agile PMO, Agile Legal, Agile Finance, Agile Procurement, Agile HR, and Innovation Hubs

- Leading Agile Transformation for 200+ engineers and business roles, including COO and IT Director within the banking division (called PBK, Pion Bankowości Korporacyjnej) - Coaching C-level executives, including the company CEO, COO, board, and management - Redesigning and orchestrating the creation of the new team structures (15+ teams) - Designing and implementing elements of the SAFe, LeSS, NESUS, and Scrum@Scale frameworks and orchestrating Scrum Masters for embedding the change within the organization

- Auditing and assessing organizational maturity from multiple divisions: IT, PMO (200+ people) with recommended roadmap for agile transformation towards Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe - Delivering agile awareness workshops to the C-level and board of management - Leading efficient communication with a diverse set of stakeholders (business and technical) - C-level and board of management coaching and mentoring from Agile and cultural aspects

- Promoting PJIIT University during university open days, EXPOs, presentations, and exhibitions. - Preparing hardware and configuring software for university events. - Administration of the 3D game programming specialization laboratory room. - Planning and executing hardware and software upgrades on university computers.
