RMS (Risk Management and Sourcing) In charge of negotiating and executing procurement of ingredients in local and international markets, ensuring coverage for the plants in Nicaragua. Also responsible of knowing and understanding the risks implied in these transactions.  Increased the savings per metric ton to 475 with the introduction of new ingredients and the enhancing of negotiation terms with suppliers.

Team leader of Corporate Social Responsibility. Formed by twelve members. Responsible of designing and executing the program´s operative plan.  Achieved 100% participation of associates as volunteers and surpassed fundraising objectives by 9%.  Promoted six projects on community care that benefited 230 children and associates.

Responsible of coordinating product deliveries to distributors and industrial clients with the operations unit.  Achieved 98% OTIF (On Time In Full) and 95% of CVI (Customer Value Index).  Reduced client´s claims response time from 15 to 5 days.

Provided support to general management and the sale division.  Reduced report presentations from seven to two days.
