Analyze and follow up KPI’s to reduce incidences and reprocesses design. - To take ownership and lead strategic Telefonica’s transformation projects through the complete project cycle from needs, analysis to implementation and delivery to the customer.

- Analyze the requirements involving the public tender, follow up suppliers and assuring contract compliance. - Determine logistics support requirements, such as facility details, staffing needs, or safety or maintenance plan. - Design and analyze operational solutions for projects such as transportation optimization. - Analyze and follow up the KPI’s, make action plans to, if needed, to fix the deviation.
