Get entrusted from Sony Mobile headquarter to first time establish LUT, a software (Android) field test on Sony Xperia products, in Sony Thailand. Conduct software manual test and achieve zero defect in official software. Remote co-operation with team of 15 persons at 4 sites in Japan, Sweden, China and Thailand. Establish Project time plan; software evaluation plan and prototype plan. Review findings to address the critical findings and highlight to development team

Leader of RF team in Quality assurance department to perform radio test (GSM, UMTS, LTE, Bluetooth, WLAN) in Sony Xperia products. Implement radio tester (Rohde & Schwarz CMW500) and execute radio test following 3GPP standard. Initiate and achieve RF conformance test in laboratory (in Beijing and Taiwan) which fulfil special requirement from customers. Analyze defects, summarize test result and escalate to development team to find the root cause. Accomplish the target “zero defect leaked to customer”.

Optimise network performance and troubleshoot network problems. Design office network for factory and office customers. Configure and install Cisco switch/router to core network.

Perform manual test on mobile devices in live network environment (2G/3G/4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) for both stationary location and driving. Check software quality following checklist. Identifying, reproducing and reporting defect of the product. Co-ordination of making type approval document for new mobile products. Be a part of Field Test Engineer workshop 2013 in Bengaluru, India.

Drive test on 2G/3G/4G to collect data at the cellular site level and per cluster. Analyse data with collection tools for coverage, dropped calls and pilot pollutions and make recommendations and reports to RF site engineer. Support RF Engineers in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems (dropped calls, static, interference).
