My profile required me to interact with different teams at the organisation on a regular basis to provide resolutions for new and after-sales customer queries. Along with my team, I used to handle the international clientele which required us to provide prompt reverts on emails, phone calls and network for cross-selling and lead generation.

Managing existing regional portfolio through retail branches and advising them on growing nonresident base by suggesting suitable business development strategies by analysing their current client basis geographic, demographic, product holding, banking service patterns.

Analysing the assigned portfolio and classifying it’s basic demographics, client potential and current product holding patterns to optimise the cross selling strategy for the bank.  Monitoring investment pattern for assigned client portfolio and ascertaining an optimum product mix to control the risk both for the client and the bank.
