A software "backend" engineer of a distributed NoSQL-based platform for data processing and storage. This platform underlies a framework that supports decision-making processes of industry-leading companies. The role comprised designing, architecting, implementing, testing, and documenting new services, plugins, api's, and features. This included enhancing quality, fixing errors, reengineering the platform, and engaging with stakeholders to define requirements, problems, and solutions.
A full-time scientific researcher, majorly in in Distributed Algorithms, Fault-Tolerance, Software Verification, and Real-Time Systems. The research was in the scope of the Transregional Collaborative Research Center “DFG-SFB/TR 14 Automatic Verification and Analysis of Complex Systems (www.avacs.org).” This project addressed the rigorous mathematical verification and analysis of models and realizations of complex safety-critical computerized systems, such as aircraft.
