Managed a team of 30+ people, scope included SAP APO: DP, SNP, PP/DS; SAP ERP: PP, QM; SAP XI/PI; XSteps, and integration with 15 legacy MES systems • Designed an interim ERP solution for Shell’s lubricant blending plant • Managed the PMO for Shell’s local country downstream business • Designed an SAP-centric IT-architecture for a large corporation
