Developing customer centric and lean processes within corporate and institutional banking, delivering continuous improvements through e.g. establishing and analyzing big data, documenting analyses and developing solutions for a fast and efficient decision making process, creating and maintaining strong relationships within the bank and closely managing key stakeholders

Supported the market-entry to Brazil, conducted market and industry research and analysis, consulted and co-developed the market entry strategy, organized the presence at tradeshows and represented the company, acquired customers and managed client relationships, prepared sales offers

Consulted and supported the start-up of a law firm and a beauty clinique from the beginning phase to the growth phase, consulted the development of the business concept, developed the marketing and funding strategy, created the business plan as well as the web presence and consulted on tax issues
