Member of the Quality Management Team in charge of the checking of on-going projects (customers in the field of aeronautical industry) regarding the norm EN 9100. Activities: checking of the documentation of the project for all phases (offer/response, realization, closure) and all aspects (risks, team, planning, KPI, meetings with the clients...), evaluation of the compliance with ALTEN processes, identification of deviations, preparation and participation in internal audits including actions follow-up.

Realization of Safety Analyses for DSNA/DTI (French Air Navigation Service Provider) in case of evolutions or replacements of ground systems related with Air Traffic Control. Activities: FHA, PSSA, SSA (identification/control/mitigation of the risks, fault trees design, verification of the compliance of the system with safety requirements), coordination and planning with system suppliers and with the National Surveillance Authority of the DSNA, reporting to the client and internal hierarchy.

Development and optimization of a specific software tool used by AEROCONSEIL for Management and Validation of Navigation Databases embedded in the Flight Management System Activities: management of ARINC 424 data encoding, improvement of HMI, optimization of validation processes
