Designed firmware for end of line tester of devices used in fuel trucks to automate the dispensing of fuel at fuel retail stations involving CAN FD, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, UART, Shift Registers, J1939 stack integration and communication protocol with a desktop application. Debugging and analyzing code on different electronic PCBs as part of the development process. Achievement Developed functionality by successfully bringing up Wi-Fi on the Murata Wi-Fi module, overcoming technical challenges in the process.

Designed diagnostic modules for discrete output testing, analog/discrete input enhancements, and haptic sensor firmware for car dashboards using DMA and PWM. Developed train Air Dryer control firmware with UART, I2C, and Bluetooth per EN 50128 standards. Created gear wheel measurement firmware with CAN/J1939 protocols. Delivered 2D scanner firmware for industrial tools using CAN. Managed and mentored a 4-member team, driving innovation and excellence in embedded systems.

Developed FPGA programming utilities and integrated SD Card peripherals for binary storage. Implemented turn and hump detection algorithms using accelerometers in heavy vehicles and designed application firmware for home automation with Power Line Communication.
