Reporting to the President, charged with the responsibility of planning, directing and managing all phases of product development including product design, implementation of standardization, tooling implementation, material selection, equipment development and purchased components. Additionally directed the Project Management function for vehicle lighting development for both Valeo Sylvania locations, Seymour and Queretaro/Mexico.

Reporting to the General Manager, charged with the responsibility of transferring $3 million injection molding business from outside suppliers to Valeo Juarez.

With a team of 5 professionals, directed Product and Process Engineering with a development staff of 38. Managed closely and successfully the budget and strategy development for the North American Division.

Responsible for the Wiper System application, vehicle integration and component development with a staff of 125, managed through 8 direct reports. Budget management of a multi site, multi cultural department. Strategy development for North American market. Voice of the customer for North America.

Managed 20 Engineers including customer based Release Engineers in Flint and Warren, Michigan while serving as a cultural change agent to support the introduction of the ITT business culture to the former GM/Delco organization ITT had acquired.

Establish a North American presence for ITT Wipers and grow the business. Develop wiper systems for foreign based customers, while growing a new organization and managing project budget.

Responsible for the design and development of a multitude of electrical and electro mechanical components and systems for both, internal vehicle lines as well as for outside development customers.
