Played major role as a founding member of the department in establishing organisational structure and processes. Worked closely with co-founder of the RMF company to define unit strategy. Formulated business plan for the unit. Developed a reporting system and created and tested all tools utilised by team. Maintained close communications with key institutional clients to ensure optimum tailoring of portfolios. Interfaced closely with sales and quantitative analysis teams.

Served as a member of the Assets & Liabilities Committee responsible for establishing the local financial strategy of the company Participated in a team of four charged with the task of evaluating tailor-made solutions to clients’ needs resulting in the successful closing of the first on shore contract for an eight figure amount. Negotiated and arbitrated among clients, attorneys, banks, tax authorities and other related parties.

Performed trading desk function with a direct report to the group Treasurer. Created and introduced first cash flow model utilised to evaluate investment projects. Screened and assessed potential merger candidates and prepared annual budget with periodic projections.
