Main tasks are employer branding activities at fairs, on campus of strategic partner universities, career portals as well as talent research and scouting. Go-to person for international recruiting and HR marketing guidelines for other BMW plants worldwide. Use of internal recruiting systems and media tools.

- Main responsibilities being the maintenance of social networks, drafting and editing of proposals for sponsorship requests, events management and day-to-day administration. - My economic background allowed me to be the association's representative at the Southern Africa Development Community Council of Non- Governmental Organizations' (SADC-CNGO) annual workshop for NGOs. This year focus was on civil society education in involvement in SADC's decision making.

Unsolicited application led to employment in an office where German is the working language. In book-keeping and then the accounting department I dealt mostly with client solvency, bad debts, receipts and outpayments. - In the warehouse of packaging and distribution I was assigned the task of ensuring crate returns for safe delivery of goods. This involved managing the computerized entry system, purchase of crates and correspondence with clients to ensure punctual return of crates.
