Advice and representation in the area of Family law and minor assistance in Criminal law matters. Drafting and filing of urgent and initiating applications with the Family Court for matters involving children. Appearances in the Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court and Family Court of Western Australia.

Family law including children and separation. Civil law including Criminal Injuries Compensation and Restraining Orders.

Assist in the establishment of a Specialist Domestic Violence Unit and Health Justice Partnership for the northern suburbs of Perth, WA.

Provision of advice to clients on all tenancy related matters. Tasks included client interviews, meetings, negotiation with government departments and private entities.

Provision of legal advice relating to both civil and criminal matters to clients. In this supervised capacity I dealt with a large range of criminal matters including traffic, minor drug, assault and theft offences. Civil matters included insurance litigation and local government matters within the State administrative Tribunal.

Research tasks for a number of different projects including independent valuations, independent technical reports, due diligence studies and technical audits for international investment houses, mining and exploration companies, and to support IPO’s and mediation proceedings.
