• Monthly consolidation of P&L and Balance Sheet actuals for 2 business units with AP/AR teams. • Variance analysis of forecast and actual figures as well as annual and three-year budget. • Reporting monthly expenses, cost absorption cashflow and explaining queries raised by senior staff. • Monitoring indirect costs of Sales accounts, R&D, Admin, Legal and Contract Mgmt. • End user of SAP FI-CO and SD modules, invoicing internal and external partners, processing purchase orders, opening of new accounts.

• Prioritise, track and troubleshoot requests to global users of a new ERP system. • Set up and conduct presentations for the key user community on a monthly basis. • Write, prepare and update training material for users to access on the designated web portal. • Co-ordinate with senior staff to include any ERP changes that affect users in live countries.

SAP Master Data Maintenance in Accounting and Controlling. Quality check across cross functional modules – clearing cash line items using GR/IR transactions. Create and maintain project web portal for regular updates using Lotus Notes. Considered risks for completed testing, user manuals, training sessions, communications & status reporting. Update the business process model for Controlling and Treasury functions.
