Hollys Natural was a lifestyle company specialised in all natural, cruelty-free cosmetics, inspired by DIY recipes. - Bootstrapped brand with no external funding to 5 digit monthly revenue in less than 12 months. - Built Instagram scraping and analytics tool using Excel (XML Import) that enabled rapid scaling of marketing activities. - Creative and methodological conception of A/B tests which increased conversion rate by 30%.

- Conceptualised and built complex rule based CRM tool with Excel which made the development of a Ruby application temporarily unnecessary. - Developed Excel BI tool using system and Mixpanel data to monitor company-wide KPIs and support strategic decisions

- Led team of 10 people to pivot the company prior to its acquisition. - Set up web and mobile BI system using Google Analytics, Mixpanel and adjust.io.
