Working within Infosys Talent Acquisition team my role is to support the rising demand for skilled IT consultants across EMEA with various skillsets and technology background.I'm currently looking for candidates from a variety of industry verticals such as Banking, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Telecoms and Retail along with any advanced technologies, Oracle and SAP experience.

Working for WCS (Wipro Consulting Services) I specialised in looking after recruitment demand across several business horizontals including Enterprise Archtecture, Process Excellence, Functional Excellence and Business Transformation and helping to deliver top talent from a variety of industry verticals such as Banking, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Telecoms and Retail.

Working within Capgemini Techology Services I managed over 200 consultants from Graduate to Practice Partner level making sure that the teams met there utilisation targets and ensuring that resources were fully engaged and able to meet there career goals. Apart from looking after 3 teams including Engagement Managers, Techincal Architects and Oracle Fuctional and Techical resources I also supported a team of Graduates (from BTC programme) supporting inductions, recruitment of graduates and then guiding them
