• Define, design and implement recruiting strategies and search engagements for a variety of roles across the organization (both for internal and external recruits) • Liaised with existing management structure, to ensure that the newly defined recruitment structure is streamlined • Built and maintained a strong network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management;

• Responsible for the relationship management and on-going client servicing • Direct accountability for quality and service delivery to our clients • Working closely with and supporting our client base with recruitment solutions • Responsible for the co-ordination of client meetings and attendance

Recruited to develop permanent and temporary opportunities for a new client base throughout the social care sector within the United Kingdom. •Develop new revenue streams via marketing both candidates and services across the UK •Design and Manage recruitment advertising and retained campaigns •Strengthen existing relationships with clients, by regenerating contact database and cross selling
