Conduct product research and review to determine NAFTA eligibility. Coordinate with international and domestic suppliers on country of origin procedures confirming origination of materials purchased by Halliburton as required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Perform numerical, statistical, and financial analysis. Generate reports in SAP. Write reports and correspondences.

Utilize Livelink to upload Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) documents onto CITGO's Intranet and Power Builder. Update oil and chemical product information in the Oracle database. Correct bad commodity codes for products that do not have MSDS documentation links as required under product safety procedures. Edit and format organizational policy and guideline documentation. Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Recruit qualified applicants for employment opportunities with partner organization. Evaluate applicants on their technical skills, education, work history, and salary requirements. Provide information on state and federal employment procedures to include information on Equal Employment Opportunity policies. Recruit in multiple skill sets and experience levels. Manage a comprehensive case load up to 150 clients to include daily data entry information into the state of Texas mainframes.
