CEU Business School is a prominent management education institution in Central Eastern European region. I worked in the business school as a Research Assistant during my MBA program. + Research Assistant to Dr. Paul Marer. Main objective of the RA position is to device methods/tools to promote the existing MBA exchange program with partner universities around the world.

KÉSZ Holding Inc is one of the decisive investors and asset management companies in Hungary and the CEE region.The company's portfolio consists of estate development, asset management, operations, enterprise development, and process control. + Functioned as an independent consultant for Kesz Holding group, Hungary as part of the MBA Action Learning Program. The assignment involved a study of economic growth potential of the city & feasibility study for the proposed commercial real estate project.

• Experienced in working on projects with varying levels of complexity. • Participated in effort estimation, resource allocation and project planning. • Prepared knowledge management activities, handled training sessions and mentoring for new entrants. • Acted as an interface between the team and client to work on issues and solutions ensuring timely product delivery.

• Took responsibility for implementing a new technology that improvised the existing customer service interactive in American Express that served Co-branded card members. • Worked on all aspects of SDLC from requirement gathering till project transition while ensuring quality in all the stages. • As a mainframe application developer worked on six projects and delivered with zero defects. • Received training in Infosys as an IBM Mainframe Professional specializing in Banking and Capital Markets domain.
