Hi, my name is Udo and I am the CEO of BTC Embedded Systems AG in Oldenburg. About myself: After almost becoming a professional soccer player, I ended up studying computer science at the University of Oldenburg followed by a PHD in the area of formal methods. These technologies still play a very important role in the products of our companies, and I still enjoy the technical discussions about concepts and product visions. During all these years I also liked very much to travel around the globe having the chance to meet many different types of people and to learn much about other cultures. About our company: in 2000 we started with an ambitious goal: To take complex and powerful mathematical verification and test methods out of their academic hiding place, and make them available for real-life model-based software development projects.
