Xenocratic is a startup focused on creating innovative experiences in E-Commerce (retail, omni-channel, restaurant) for mobile devices, in-store digital signage / kiosks and wearables. I led Product and UX in the development of new mobile and in-store digital experiences. As one of the founding employees, I have assisted in growing Xenocratic from just an idea and rough drawings on paper to a funded company with happy customers.

Manage a team developing new initiatives in social and homepage evolution including the ideation, requirements, user flow, site experimentation (a/b testing) and feature development of the highly trafficked homepage and network channels (news, entertainment, sports, money, autos, local, social). Focused on innovative consumer experiences and user experiences.

Led product management team and owned global product strategy including roadmap, strategy, requirements as well as P&L accountability of a multi-million dollar business digital movie delivery service (mobile video, digital advertising, social media, cloud services, online storefronts, SaaS) used by media companies, cable and mobile operators. Launched MetroPCS MetroSTUDIO and Verizon VCast mobile video apps during my tenure. App dev and user experience design included iOS, Android and feature phones.
