• Improve and optimize production processes. • Organize and track autonomous, predictive, planned/periodic maintenance activities. • Monitor the performance of the production and maintenance team. • Manage available internal and external resources to meet project timelines. • Design and commission new equipment with automation capabilities in production lines. • Manage the approval process for new products, including the design and commissioning of control equipment (fixtures).

• Establishing, implementing, and ensuring the continuity of autonomous, predictive, and planned/periodic maintenance systems. • Conducting analyses and executing improvement projects to enhance the production process. • Creating and maintaining machine/equipment records and keeping track of maintenance history. • Providing machine/equipment support for sales and marketing departments on project-based tasks. • Designing and commissioning test and analysis equipment for the R&D department.
