Leading a team of experts managing Swarovski's (i) customized crystal elements and semi finished components for all global B2B customers as well as (ii) customized product solutions for Swarovski Professional's selecnted top accounts

Management of product compliance topics on corporate level. Management and improvement of Swarovski´s product compliance programmes incl. necessary policies, guidelines and sustainable procedures. Assisting the business leaders in formulating product compliance strategies and implementation tools. Monitoring and reporting effectiveness and status to the General Counsel and the Executive Board.

Development of a company wide product compliance program for sustainable compliance management of all Swarovski sales products Including were all connected processes, monitoring activities and the whole communication of Swarovski's product compliance requirements alongside the upstream supply chain development of a concept for a software soltution for Swarovski's product compliance requirements

Leading a team of dedicated experts managing product development projects in the area of systems development with external parties with both B2B and B2C perspective

Conzeptualization, Development and Implementation of a set of quality driven projects like ISO9000 certification of a business unit, an incoming control system for sourced parts, document management for quality documents

mechanical design on outsourced construction elements of high tech plants from VOEST
