Innobridge is an innovation-based consulting company taking advantage of the CSEM leading-edge applied technology expertise, know-how and network of international partners. Our primary roles are: (1) to help companies (start-ups and others) to grow by exploiting new and emerging technologies, enabling innovative applications, opening new business models and improving internal process. (2) to manage Jade Invest SA investment fund. A venture capital company aiming at providing seed money at early stages.

My role at SITA is to enable sustainable corporate performance improvements in strategic areas; this is achieved by driving and supporting company-wide initiatives with value-added program management services (e.g. building business cases, establishing benefits measures and realization processes, setting up program governance and structure, tracking and monitoring benefits realization, etc.) as well as providing hands-on assistance for key projects.

My role at PricewaterhouseCoopers was to manage consulting engagements with clients from the French speaking part of Switzerland in the field of strategic and operational consulting.

My primary role in this position at Orange was to manage the customer service department’s strategic program, which consisted in the implementation of a balanced scorecard approach and considerably improved the performance of the organization. I was also in charge of the swift introduction of new products and services in the customer services organization, focusing on high standards of customer satisfaction and continuously improving internal efficiency.

My role in this position at Orange was to manage the introduction of new products and services in the technical customer support organization and to develop technical support services for business-to-business customers, supporting the sales force and our large customers in both pre-sales and post-sales activities. The role involved frequent customer visits and interactions.

My role in this position at Orange was to lead implementation projects for business-to-business customers, including the provision of pre-sales and post-sales services for large customers. Projects included implementation of services such as Mobile VPN, Mobile Email, M2M, fix-mobile integration, etc.

My role in this position at Orange was to manage network evolution and new services integration projects (e.g. Video streaming service integration, Core Network release implementation, WLAN roaming infrastructure implementation, etc.) working closely with the product management and operations departments.
