About me

Introduction

Hi my name is Andrew Ward. I am a proud father of five children. An entrepreneur in business. A skilled researcher with problem solving skills and a person of character. I am aggressive in business as I don’t like to waste time but I am a soft touch at home.

I am a single parent with five teenage children (aged 11 to 21 years of age) to raise on my own. This I believe is rare for a man or woman but I am determined to be successful at it anyway. I love my children and I am proud of them. They all say I am an excellent father. I consider raising them, mentoring, training and then guiding them into the way they should go is my most important role in this life.

I am an entrepreneur in business and have been building businesses and researching business ideas for over 25 year’s in New Zealand, Australia and Asia. I have also studied the property and share markets for cycles and strategies while actively investing myself. In fact that is one of my talents and skills jumping in at the deep end and fighting my way up to accomplish my goals. Then I get out and look for another pool to swim in. Learning and growing in a new environment in a hands on fashion keeps me fresh and interested.

I have studied hard to complete High School, studied at University in the discipline of business and Pcom in communication and ministry so that I am academically equipped with people skills.

I also find it easy to get on well with almost anyone. I love and enjoy people. I love to help people constructively while making my living as well. I can be blunt though.

My best personal trait is persistence. I will always push through where others might panic or cave under the pressure. I am not stupid though I can flick a bad investment and admit my mistakes. I believe in and try to practice forgiveness too but don’t push your luck. lol

I am single, happy and content with my life.

Part 2

I have spent 25 years researching business ideas, building businesses and studying investment property and share markets. Learning practically yes but also academically. I have a strong desire to have a go.

Over the years I have developed research and people skills, legal skills, insurance skills, banking skills, study skills but also patience, endurance, and resourcefulness.

I am an Entrepreneur an educated generalist who can start with nothing, not even an idea and make something real. Of course add capital and income in the right amounts and then you will really see a thing of beauty.

Timing I have found is a critical ingredient for investors. Besides capital and income to support investments. Some dreams take days to fulfil, others weeks, a few take months but are you patient enough to wait years? Being impatient can be costly!

I taught my children how to study, work, plan and invest. I trained them, mentored them and guided them into careers. They made mistakes and learned a lesson or two along the way. I enjoy it. I hope they do too.

As time went on people started to come to me to ask about how they could make their money and income work better too. Friends and acquaintances, professionals and companies. Because I have a knack for being able to predict the market place and guide them in it.

I am not an insurance agent or a financial planner. I am not a salesman either. All I am offering is this; I will look at what you have now and do some research for you for a fee. Then we will discuss some options and I will put together a report. What you do after that is your business. If you want to have a go you can do it yourself learning as you go. If you want a mentor then you will be able to contact me. You will be able to ask questions and keep in touch.

But now we come to you. How much capital do you have? Do you have a good income? Are you willing to learn and grow as an investor and as a person too? Would you like to double your capital every seven years or so? What about growing passive income? Are you willing to diversify your company?
