An Entrepreneurial Business and Technology executive bringing Creativity with practicality, vision with experience. The best of both worlds.
 
Took a 12-18 month sabbatical in 1999 to investigate Web 2.0, SaaS and Cloud Computing concepts etc (as they are known now), trying to understanding how they benefit SME's. Never Stopped.
This lead to me to:
- Working with several start-up's involved in various sectors
- Advising SME clients in diverse industries with recommendations, installation, user training, and system/network design.
- Building a successful practice through referrals from satisfied clients.
Now working on new ventures in Cloud Computing/SaaS Sector and Clean (Green) Tech Sector. Plus seeking opportunities in Canada.

·         Originated and detailed framework for start-up go-to-market blueprint containing Technology Infrastructure, business charter, financial model, sales and marketing plan, and technology roadmap for several ventures.

·         New Venture to turnkey status; Lead for scoping, planning, and deploying/delivering work flows, processors, reporting functions and finance processes, for new e-commerce and back office systems, estimated first year revenue £3 Million ($6m).

·         Initiated and Implemented reviews of finance and IT functions for various companies, including Financial Controls, MIS and Communications systems and deployment of solutions.

·         Responsible for selling, promoting and developing Overseas Sales Channels for Software House (USA, Canada, South Africa, & Australasia); percentage of Company’s income 70%.

·         Assumed control of Finance Department under closure notice. Successfully restored and administered finance function for over 1 year, handing back to full time staff.

·         Instituted Budget Review and re-apportionment in excess of £28 ($56) million.

·         Experienced Interim Manager: Carried out Interim assignments since 1990.

* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification; Completion of write up of hours and complete education requirements (4500hrs cannot occur at same time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).
